I'm Yubin, the founder and editor behind China Must See. For the past decade I've been helping foreign friends, students, and families plan real trips across China — from the visa and payment setup they do before arrival to the multi-city routes they follow on the ground.
Why I Write This Site
Most English-language information about travelling in China is either outdated or written by people who've never queued for a high-speed train ticket or tried to pay when a foreign card gets declined. I started China Must See to close those practical gaps — the things guidebooks skip but that make or break a first trip: which apps actually work without a local number, how to move between cities without stress, and what "open" really means for a temple at 4 p.m.

How I Work
Every guide is researched against official sources (tourism boards, embassy pages, railway and airline sites) and refined from first-hand trip experience. I update older articles whenever visa rules, prices, or opening hours change. If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, email me at [email protected] and I'll fix it.
Editorial Promise
I don't publish a guide I haven't personally verified or that I wouldn't hand to a friend landing in China for the first time. No spun articles, no anonymous content-farm output — just the information I'd give someone sitting across from me planning their trip.
